The term "you" or "User" refers to users of the Nanci™ app and Nanci™ site. The term "we" or "us" refers to CJN Ventures, LLC, and its affiliates, parents, and licensors.

We may also get information from other companies or third parties, such as when you sync a third party account or service with the Service, or when we may use service providers to supplement the Personal Information you give us (e.g., validate your mailing address) to help us maintain the accuracy of your data and provide you with better service. Finally, we also collect content or other information that you may provide or create when you interact with our Service.

We collect your debit or credit card number or checking account information to process your initial payment and all subsequent payments. We will use your e-mail address as our primary source of contact with you regarding the Service.
3. Connecting Your Bank Accounts
You may choose to sync the Service with information from your financial accounts. To sync your financial account information, we must access your online account with your financial institutions. We will request your user name, password, and any other login bank data that you have set up with your financial institution to enable access. We use this information to update and maintain the account information you download, to assist with the download process, and to enhance the Service we may provide in the future. This exchange of information is necessary to maintain business operations and to provide the ongoing Service you've requested.
4. Disclosure or Transfer of Your Information
We reserve the right (and you authorize us) to share or disclose your personal information when we determine, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of such information is necessary or appropriate:
- To prevent prohibited or illegal activities; or
- When required by any applicable law, rule regulation, subpoena or other legal process.

5. Email Communications From Us
We may provide our registered customers with regular Account Information updates and email alerts. We also allow users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting Nanci™ or Nanci™-related goods or services. You have the ability to opt-out of receiving our promotional emails and to terminate their newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions in the emails. Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts but may not end the transmission of account-critical or triggered emails such as password reset verification.
6. Data Retention
In accordance with and as permitted by applicable law and regulations, we will retain your information as long as necessary to serve you, to maintain your account for as long as your account is active, or as otherwise needed to operate our business. When you close your account, we may continue to communicate with you about our Service, give you important business updates that may affect you, and let you know about products and services that may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. We may also continue to use some of your information for business purposes and to improve our offerings or in some cases to develop new ones. We will retain and use your information as required by applicable regulations and our records and information management policies to comply with our legal and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, complete any outstanding transactions and for the detection and prevention of fraud.
7. Data Security
We employ a multi-layer security approach including firewall barriers, data encryption techniques, authentication procedures, data transmission encryption, among other hardware, software, and procedural methods. When you register for the Service, we require a password from you for your privacy and security. We transmit information such as your Registration Information or Account Credentials securely.
